How long does it take to deliver?
UK shipments are usually delivered within 3 – 5 business days from purchase.
International (outside UK) shipments are usually delivered within 10 business days.
When will I receive a tracking Number?
Tracking numbers for UK shipments with Hermes are sent within 24 hours of purchase.
Tracking for shipments with UPS are sent the day before delivery.
Tracking numbers for International shipments are sent within 48 hours of purchase.
Can I change the ribbon?
The ribbon cannot be changed.
Can I post out boxes as they are?
No, the boxes are high quality and very rigid however in order to preserve this quality, appropriate packaging such as a corrugated carton or appropriate mail packet is needed.
Where are the boxes made?
The boxes are made in China.
Can I visit your shop?
As we are currently distribute through our online store (website) we are currently unable to support this service.
Can I collect bulk stock from you?
Unfortunately not.
I’ve received my boxes but a few are dented, what do I do?
We check our boxes prior to dispatch however it is possible that items are damaged during transit. In this instance, please call or e-mail us and we will either replace or refund the value of the damaged boxes. In some instances we may require the damaged items to be returned.
Can I recycle your boxes?
Yes, you can recycle your boxes. Please consider any restrictions from your local authority which vary depending on the town.
The magnets do not appear to work. What should I do?
Please allow the boxes to reach room temperature if the weather is cold. Close the box front flap and leave for 24 hours. The magnetism will increase and the closure flap should be fine.
